even on a cut i squeezed some gains out. pretty excited actually. Only thing i've noticed is that i need to work on my deads because compared to my squats, they are lacking.

i managed to get 265x3 on bench
290x3 on back squat
185x5 on bent over rows
155x5 on OH press

my deads are around 325x3..I'm thinking i won't see too much of a gain there until i get off this cut?

anyway.. i was just excited to see some gains finally..because i have to admit it is kinda frustrating to not see gains like i used to. But only a couple more months of this cut until summer
