Chub - yeah it sucks. I try to get on the ab wheel now and then but it is easy to talk myself out of it.

Pat - My jerk was surprisingly solid. I can't snatch for crap but my split jerk was good enough the owner/coach had me do a few demo reps for everyone to point out how to do them right. It was a nice ego boost and very unexpected. Glad you understood what I meant about it hurting to be still. Weird feeling that I wasn't sure was normal.

I'm down to 213 this morning, which is cool because I was 216.5 before bed. Eating most of my calories early and not eating at night makes such a huge difference.
