    KC Strongman Challenge: Battle in the Basement

    Had a small strongman comp today. I won the HW's. Here's the rundown on my events, but I'm not sure how I placed in each individual event.

    12" 250 Log Clean Once and Press for Reps - 9 Reps

    620 Frame Carry 50' - 7:XX Seconds

    255 Keg/350 Duck Walk Medley - 50' each - 23 seconds

    Max Stone Load to 48" - Once you jumped in you're in, no passes - 250, 270, 300, 319, 322, 340, 368, 404, 425 PR for height!, 440 miss

    Really well run show. We were done in 2.5 hours. Very big thanks to ET for opeining up his home. We have one of the biggest, nicest, strongest crews around. Always a pleasure to train and compete. My training partners came in 2nd and 3rd in the LW's. I'm very proud of those guys!

    We also had our group banquet tonight and it was really fun to see some of the guys from IA, NE, and KS. In one room, we had 4 state chairs, 4 national champs, and 4 Pros. Not too shabby of a group

    Just playing, insane stuff! Sounds like you got a god crew, I know the benefit of that.
    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

    Yeah, it was a good comp! You definitely kicked some ass. I'm just glad I'm not in your weight class! I'm more and more impressed everytime I make it up to ET's.

    Haha, what's up Steve! Good to see you again Saturday. We train at my house on Sundays if you ever want to come up. We train pretty late though at around 9pm.
