    The guy looks like he has bowling balls inside his shoulders.

    That 675 FLEW up. Envious? Maybe. Jealous? Perhaps. Impressed? Fo' shizzle.

    Fricken awesome. I can't believe more people weren't standing around and staring.

    EDIT: watched it again. first lift commentary "Excuse me.... or not." Heh. That guy was staring hard.

    Jeremy is an absolute freak when it comes to upper body power. I have spoken with him several times and he is a very good guy. I judged him at the Kings of the Bench at the Olympia 2 years ago and he is the real deal.

    Absolutely sick!! Hes a big guy but doesnt look nearly big enough for that kind of weight. Wonder what he weighs? 240's 250's? That 675 flew up too. I can honestly say that is the most impressive bench video I've ever seen.

    Current: 34 yrs. old 5'10.5'' 192 lbs.
    Goals: 195 lbs. 12% bf by dec.09'
    Long term goal: 225 lbs. 10-12% bf
    Best Lifts bench:355 11/10/08 Deadlift:475 5/5/08
    Squat:395 5/6/08.......Total:1225 RAW
    Goals: 1275 total by Dec 09'
    Long term goal: 1500 RAW

    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

    You can see it live in the Cage at the Arnold. One of the interesting things about Jeremys benching is the close grip and ZERO arch. Pure power.

    Impressive lifts, dude can bench more than I can deadlift.
