Well, yesterday was my first power lifting meet.
I got 1st in my weight class, beat the others in my weight class by 50 or more.
It was great. I had 1 red light on my first lift ( squat )
because i took my wraps off as soon as i racked the bar.
My coach didnt tell me i couldnt do that : /
but it was one red light out of 3, so i still got it.
I didn't give it my all yesterday, my coach wanted to save that for my next meet. idk why...
i need major help on my beach and my dead lift.
( mostly bench )
i can only bench 115.
i only did 105 yesterday.
Coach put the wrist wraps on me on my 1st bench lift and i couldnt even get 95 with the wraps on. i took them off, then i got it.
How can i increase my dead lift and my bench?
beach - 105
squat - 225
bead lift - 200
