RDL - 300x4
Squat - 300x4
Chin ups - 7
Bent over row - 180x7
Dumbell military press - 70x6
Bicep curl bar - 85x8
Skullcrusher curl bar - 110x6
My first pic post i was 230-235, i weighed in yesterday at 250.4lbs. I have been eating like a ****ing madman and sleeping as much as possible. I feel like my strength gains have been awesome and i get a lot of comments all the time of how much bigger i look/people asking me if im on steroids (which is stupid), etc. so i feel good that i am gaining. I dont feel like i have gained much if any body fat, i am still bulking strong. I havent started supplementing yet but i am considering a creatine and protein mix.
