I'm a skinny hardgainer just starting a weight gain routine, eating 3,500 cals a day
and all the necessary protein, carbs etc. I'm working out 3x a week doing squats, bench presses,
deadlifts and shoulder presses of 3 sets each, 2 for shoulder presses.
My problem is that I have a very scrawny neck and face which is out of proportion with the rest of
my body (I'm 140lbs, 6ft tall) and although I want to gain weight all over, I'd love to gain ALOT
of weight in my face and around my neck to make me look better.
Can anyone offer any advice?
