I am 17 years old and have been lifting for around a year now. I started out weighing 140 pounds and benching 150 pounds. I have since gained some strength. I got my weight up to 150 and got my bench up to 265. Now it seems I have come to a plateau. I recently started taking Leukic and Gakic. It seems it's working a little bit but it's not giving me the results I hoped for. I have a lot of trouble putting on weight. I need a way to get stronger and put on more weight. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Put down the supplements and eat. If you feel like you need some extra calories grab the Maximus or Opticen from At Large. Then eat some more.
Geez man. You put 115 pounds on your bench in one year. Sounds like good gains to me. You are young with a high metabolism. Eat good, sleep good, lift hard. Change up your routine from time to time. The gains will come.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
