Okay so i've got about 2-3 weeks left on a cut, and ive been on my current routine for around 5 months now and i was thinkin it's about time to switch it up. So my question is should I go ahead and finish my cut or would it be alright just to start the 5x5 routine on monday? Just asking because this program really doesnt look like one you'd wanna start while on a calorie deficit. But I also looked at it as in the program you don't even hit your current pr's until about 3-4 weeks in which coincides pretty well with the end of my cut. Soshould I finish the cut or am i good to go with this program? thanks for the help..
