Like most people, after leg day my legs are sore. With that said, what is the general opinion on doing cardio (jogging) the day after leg day, with sore legs?

I always had a hard time doing it, so I stopped.. I didnt notice any real changes in results or anything, just less pain.. I would say make the day after leg day a day of rest (no cardio, no weights)..
I just did today and had to step off the treadmill because my legs cramped up so badly.
i do it, but i do it real light. it helps shorten DOMS.
