Essential fatty acids? They are good fats that aid in digestion, bodily processes, boost hormone production(or act as a catalyst, this is somewhat up to debate on WBB), aid in muscle growth, act as vital material in cell construction and are a great way to add clean, healthy calories to a diet.

But most of them taste nasty, and are not found in cheese.

Essential fatty acids are omega 3 and 6, and other good fats are omegas 9 and 12. Good sources of healthy fatty acids include peanut butter, fish oils (salmon and cod), flax seeds and its oil, and most nuts in general.

Just so you don;t get confused - only omega 3 and 6 are EFA's.

other omega's can be synthesised from these two.

    I also agree w/ Tryska

The most delicious EFA source- Peanut butter!
Peanut butter is primarily MUFA's, EFA's are PUFA's. Also from what I have read the PUFA's in peanut butter are primarily omega 6 (making it not that great of a way to supliment your diet w/ EFA's)

Are you saying that Natural PB is not a good way to get good fat and calories?

No I am not saying that by any means - I am saying that it is not an effective way to get EFA's.
