WBB1 has you doing deadlifts on day 1. But then day 2 which is only 2 days later right when the sore is at its peak you do legs which includes straight leg deadlifts. I don't know about anyone else but my back is still sore from day 1's deadlifts should I really be doing them again?? How does everyone handle this? Should I just do them and it will be ok? Should I not do deadlifts on leg day? Should I switch it up so arms are day 2 and legs with deadlifts are day 3?
