todays (fridays) workout was freakin incredible!! i was so on-key with my bench, it was the best i have ever felt in my life. the weight was SO LIGHT today! got new PR of 265 on bench, and i'm jacked! there was also a LOT of volume/sets before my PR, so i think i have 275 in me for next max in about 2 weeks.
seated DB shoulder press : 40x10, 45 2x10
bench : 135x8, 155x3, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 235x3, 240x3, 255x1, 260x1, 265x1 YEEEEEEHAWWW! i was psyched inside! idk but i think having so much volume before a max helps me to warm up, but it was probably just an extra-good day and i took advantage of it! wooopeee!!
