Okay guys and gurls, I've noticed that many of you regulary drink upto 8-10 litres of water EACH day. My question is this: is this really necessary and why?
I understand that consuming water on a regular basis is required for hydration purposes, while the old H20 cleanses your body of toxins, etc but why so much. 2-4 litres a day I can understand (but still I need to go to the toilet every 15-20 minutes-christ!) So how do you water melons justify so much of this liquid?
