ever since ive been working out my arms,which ive been doing for 2 months, my left wrist always seems to hurt. i really think the problem is doing ez curls sitting down..
is my form wrong?
anyone else have this problem?

it also occurs during bench, and pushups...
I think its just from weak wrist muscles tbh but Im not sure
Drop the ez-bar curls and find something else. Dumbell curls for example.
Try different positions too. Try hammer curls where your palms face inward the whole time. Seems like it takes some stress out of the wrist and uses the forearms more.
