While I've heard all kinds of theorys on rest time, nutrition, and supplimentation, I have never heard a definitive answere as to when the most muscle growth occurs.
It seems as though everyone agrees that you don't grow while lifting, since your body is in a catabolic state, however, what about the hours after lifting? The day after? The next week?
If anyone has some solid answers as to how long after working each muscle group those muscles grow the most, I would really love to hear em'.
