I'm in the middle of cutting down but I figured I'd post a couple of pics of myself. I cut my face out of the second one cuz I was making a stupid face on accident, lol.
My stats are:
arms are around 15" each
Right one was 15.5 when I had someone else measure it, and the left one is about 1/4" smaller
No leg shots because of my back injury so I've lost about 2 inches off my legs, so I don't wanna show them.
I expected you to be fatter.
You look like you should be a lineman on your football team if you already aren't. What are your current goals? Still going for strength?

I know I don't look 230, most of my weight is in my legs, plus I need to lose about 20 lbs of fat to be lean so I'd say at 210 I'll be lean, maybe cut, dunno yet.
Yea, I lost alot of muscle in my chest while working on losing fat, I guess I didn't concentrate on it enough, I was more worried about keeping my triceps hugantic.
And as for the sunlight, you wouldn't go walking around shirtless if you were me either ; )
Yeah I think if you dropped your bodyfat 8-10% it would make a huge difference.

I think you are doing really well, having lost 50 lbs. You look very good. I think you should post a before pic to show everyone the tremendous progress (a pic at 280 lbs).

I wasn't much for taking pictures back then chris. I had one of me at around 250 but it somehow got deleted. I will have before and after pics when I get down to 210 though. I'll post my 230 pics to show the diff.
I was around 280 at my highest, it wasn't fun at all.

Yeah, needs heaps more back. Bit more work on biceps height and chest too, but 50lb is great progress, and with that frame building a crap load of mass should not be a problem. Keep it up man.

hit the weights, hard, do cardio in the morning (u look like this will help u a ton) and eat protein and very very low carbs. GET A TAN DUDE. hahaha lol

I hit the weights extremely hard, always have, always will, but you can't expect me to get huge when I'm trying to get in shape to straighten my back out fully first.
I'm doing fine, I'll worry about building muscle back up when I lose all this fat.

Yea, I know cardio on an empty stomach would be good, but I prefer not to wake up at 6:00 am to run before my classes : )
I play full court basketball every night, it's been helping me, it took 40 seconds off my mile.
and as for the tan I'd feel weird walking around without my shirt on bein this damn fat.

Yea, I use eca. I have a really slow metabolism and a huge appetite. The eca helps me to avoid junk food, so that I only eat stuff I need for muscle. I don't care if anyone thinks it's cheating, because it is the best appetite suppressant in the world, and it also speeds up my slow ass metabolism.
I currently do 5 sets for each muscle group, twice a week.
Oh, it's also taken me about 2 years to lose 50 lbs, as I didn't have eca the entire time, plus I didn't want to lose muscle.
It's so much easier since I started using eca.
