Ive hit a plateau on the bench press and Im not sure what to do. I want to try Dumbell bench press but it seems like such a pain the get the weights in place on your chest and then its a pain to ease them back down. Should I try out incline/decline pressing, or any other ideas? Also if i try dumbells what weight should I be doing, If I can BB bench press 190 about 8 or 9 times?
lockouts, floor presses, switch to lower reps, and put on some weight.
gym lifts: squat: 341lbs, deadlift: 374lbs, bench: 275lbs

where is your weak spot, attack that.
get more sleep will also help you break through.
