    critique my routine

    monday-
    Bench- x6 x5 x4
    DB shoulder press 3x8
    over head extensions x8 x8 x8
    dips 3x10

    tuesday
    Elevated deadlift- x5 x5 x5
    Shrugs x8 x8 x8
    front squat- x6 x5 x4
    seated rows 3x8
    hyper extensions 3x10


    thursday
    Power clean- 3x5
    incline bench x8 x6 x4
    tricep pushdowns 3x8
    close grip bench- x8 x6 x6

    friday
    squat- x5 x3 x3
    Rackpulls 3x5
    Stiff legged deadlift 3x8


    i have a meat in march, and i need to break past my peaks in squat and deadlift to achieve my goals, over all advice is needed

    lol sorry for the noob question, but im unsure as to what style westside is,
    if i remember correctly i would say that it is 5x5 isnt it?
