    535 Bench Press video...PR

    Here is the video from my bench workout on February 1st.
    It was a nice PR on the Reverse Bands...550 is coming!!!!!!

    bodyweight was 214

    Wow, man. Looking very strong and nice clean form. Very impressive.

    Question: Where can I get some bands like that? And how much?

    225lb @ 17% bodyfat, currently cutting
    Current lifts while cutting (all raw): bench 275x4, squat 365x8
    Estimated current maxes: 300 bench / 450 dead / 450 squat
    Competition / Gym PRs (from March 08)
    Bench: 325 raw / 385 loose shirt
    Deadlift: 450 raw ADFPF 04/26/08
    Squat: 405 raw

    The single went number one in 1988.... I didn't realize it was that long ago, but I was still only about a year off. Sorry I'm not up to date on the Beach Boys.

    hey thanks for the link. I'm a little confused - the "large" band says 60-150 pounds of resistance? Does that mean your bench is 535 at lockout and 385 at the bottom?

    Good lifting BPG, but I gotta question....How do the bands actually work? I know it sounds dumb but I am new to band training but i am looking foward it!
