I'm sure there has been a topic about this but I wanted to know what are differences between the two, like the difference in diets, work outs/routines etc I been trying to bulk and the weight gains are slow and once I miss or delay a meal the next day I either drop back or gain nothing at all. I just want to know the differences between the two maybe I can make up my mind.
The diff between the two Diet/Bulking is night and day. If you are trying a cut diet/workout then you watch your cals/fats/carbs/sodiam and eat 5-6 small meals a day with you PWO shakes not included. Your workout time gets shorter because you cut rest time down between sets to keep your heart rate up, and then you do cardio on top of that.
Now if your bulking you try and eat 6-7 bigger meals in my option, your rest time gets longer between sets/heavier weights being lifting. Little or no cardio at all, depends on how you want to look and gain weight.
these are just a couple things I do different in season/off season
I am talking about bodybuilding, when I am getting ready for shows i do the cutting/ and when I am not getting ready and trying to put on size i do my bulking diets
Just curious what you mean by PWO. You talking about protein shakes? You dont include them in your calorie count for the day?
