    New favorite snack

I have been obsessing over raw green peppers, topped with crumbled Feta lately. Delicious and low calories. Decent protein, low fat, and almost zero carbs.

If you enjoy it, get it. But in the interest of truth in advertising, don't kid yourself that Feta cheese is low cal or low fat.

Feta isn't but the snack overall maybe. If your only using a little feta over a lot of peppers then it very well could be low fat.

It fits perfectly into my diet. 1/4 cup of Feta has 70 cals and 4 grams Sat/fat. I use maybe 2 TBLS.....
Either way its good and not rubbish food.
