well i went snowboardin yesterday andd it didnt end up too well. Right side of my face is swolen (not too bad) and scraped (pretty bad). My right arm is in pain.. (nothings broken) and so is my back. I know I wont be able to lift for a bit. Any tips on how to keep musclemass/ strength from goin down too much?

I would throw in so Creatine as well with what Runty said. It will help you hold onto you muscle while to recover.
