Gonna start a journal and update it with pics, maxes and diet every week or so. Please jump in and critique anything I post, I love feedback/constructive critcism or just general comments. Some background on me. I'm 17, 6'2" and weigh 178 as of today. Gonna start working on getting enough protein and eating better. Hopefully I'll see some decent results. I'll get some pictures up later tonight, but for now I'm off to work.
Current maxes (from a week ago):
Bench: 190 (so close to getting 200)
I felt really good on bench. worked on breathing more, inhale then exhale going up.
Bench 160lbs (6x4) 6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 4(failed on my fifth)reps.
Pull ups 3x4
Cable row 4x6
Upright row 4x6
Protein shake in the morning (23g protein)
Turkey sandwich and some chips for lunch
After school chicken breast, banana and creatine shake.
Dinner gonna have some grilled salmon at work
Gonna have another protein shake when I got home around 10 or so.

Breakfast: 23g protein shake
Lunch: ham sandwich and chips
7oz salmon. roasted carrots, zuccinni
8oz river trout, baked potato slices
