I had the flu last week, and the fever, chills, sore throat, and all those other flu symptoms ended last Wednesday or Thursday, but I'm still feeling nauseous after every meal and just generally crappy. Should I go to the gym today? The flu can't relapse can it? I feel like maybe these crappy feelings are just from having had the flu, not eating well, and not working out, and that a good workout will speed up the recovery process. But, at the same time, I'm worried that working out is going to prolong these lingering effects. Anyone have any advice?
