Hello, figured it was time it get the gut off(5'9 189lbs), so i'm starting off easy without a gym. I have been following the mens health belly off body weightlifting program. I thought I would give Nitrean and Thermocien a try. Can you guys share some thoughts when I should take Nitrean and what with. Thanks
You said you are starting off easy without a gym but are you workout at home then or just trying to eat clean and diet. If you are training I would take a serving of Nitrean right after your workout for best results. I prefer using water but if you want you can use skim milk. Hope this helps out a little. thanks..training consists of body weight excercises. push ups, chin ups, pull ups, squats, cardio..etc. lots of supersets...well as much as i can....
Just to clarify, a serving is only 24g protein. I would eat 2 scoops post workout (48g protein).

Estimated current maxes: 300 bench / 450 dead / 450 squat

Bench: 325 raw / 385 loose shirt
Deadlift: 450 raw ADFPF 04/26/08
Squat: 405 raw
