I am about 5' 9'' 200 lbs and am starting to cut again. I have been weight lifting for a while but I've really put on some weight in the last few months and it just needs to go. I think i'm around maybe 20% BF.
I am trying to work out 3 days a week M,W,F and then running on off days. Should I be focusing on heavy weights, lactic acid training?
My question is: How is my diet looking and what do I need to do/add to get a consistent 2 lbs lost per week.

I think i some how need to up the calories a lil by adding some fat but i'm not sure what kinda fats I can eat besides pb and avocados.

cheese is a good fat, just measure how much you eat.

Your Diet is a little low in Carbs. Im only 186lbs n my diet has 400 carbs form my base diet. I eat 200 carbs on a low day and 600 carbs on a high. Make sure you have a high carb day at least every 4-5days. This will keep your Energey Reserve Levels Up. On a high Carb day make sure you dont train at all, it is a rest day. Eatting Higher Carbs will bring your total Calories Up makin you feel let hungery!
You need 6 Meals a day. I basic 300 carb/240 protien breakdown would look like this:
Meal - Carb - Pro
1 - 75g - 40g
2 - 37.5 - 40g
3 - 37.5 - 40g
4 - 75g - 40g
5 - 37.5 - 40g
6 - 37.5 - 40g
