    meal replacement shake, protein shake, and pre workout shake

    ok a meal replacement shake im asuming is to take the place of a meal correct? like i could take this instead of one of my smaller meals. im thinking about taking grow from t-nation.

    protein shake is for post workout? im gonna take casein and whey concentrate.

    finally what should i take pre workout?

    I would try whey isolate with dextrose p/w,its a faster digesting protein. Save the casein for your pre-bedtime protein shake. Check out Protein Factory, you can design your own protein formulas. I use hydrolyzed whey pre and post workout. It tastes like ****,but its one of the fastest digesting protein you can get. If i'm out of Hydro I use whey isolate.

    I use 5g. of creatine pre/post and mix with water. Hydro 520 tastes so bad you really have to just chug it,then chase it with some gatorade. If you use whey isolate, you could add anything to it ,fruit ,milk etc. it will taste good. I also just started using Electro-Pro from Now Sports during my workouts. The stuff is orange flavored and mixes/tastes good,check it out its got some good stuff in it .
