    meal replacement shake, protein shake, and pre workout shake

    ok a meal replacement shake im asuming is to take the place of a meal correct? like i could take this instead of one of my smaller meals. im thinking about taking grow from t-nation.

    protein shake is for post workout? im gonna take casein and whey concentrate.

    finally what should i take pre workout?
