So I go to a new gym that opened up urban active its not a bad price for what all you get. except there is only 2 squat towers and about 70 people a night, So i put squats at the start of my leg workout so i could just wait for the tower to be open then start my workout. I have squats then alternating lunges then good mornings. I was wondering if theres something that I could exchange for good mornings so I don't have to wait for the tower to be open again? I also don't really like good mornings. Is there any exercise that has the same effect?
