So chuffed... finally got 308 on the deadlift tonight, well pleased, its taken me a while!
Managed 286 x5 (also a PR), then spend ages wondering if I should max out, finally gave it a go and made 308 x 1
really glad I did it as the gym was packed tonight, would have been an embarrassing fail otherwise! I think thats a pretty useful incentive though, pushes you harder sometimes, any one else find that?
Anyway, had to tell someone, my house is empty!
