    Trying to locate some of these. Just nutrition books, that tell you what's in what.

    Our GNC here doesn't have em, the Library does.. but only for week checkout or whatever. The Health Food store I go to that's 30 minutes away (The things I do for Flax and Natty PB) doesn't. I was thinking maybe I'd check like Borders bookstore or something like that.

    Any ideas?

    Yes, borders will have tons of calorie counting books.

    Even better, a searchable database!!!:

    Macronutrients as well as amino acid profiles, minerals.

    I use this site to build a spreadsheet of my daily food intake.

    Hemants, that site is the dog's bollox it really is! I'm so pleased you gave me that site a few months back.

    Another one i found is:
