    power cleans and concrete

    i recently started working out in my basement but im doing power cleans. i have a concrete floor. do you think that would be very bad for my knees?

    No but it might be bad for your floor.

    lol. alright thank. i just figured jumping with 100+ pounds would eventually be bad for my knee on concrete

    if u r that worried about..just go buy one of those rubber mats..real cheap

    It's fine dude. Your floor might get busted up, but your joints will be fine.

    If you're that concerned, wear shoes. I mean, don't shoes absorb impact?...

    I don't see how it could possibly hurt your knees with proper form...

    I dunno, ive tried powercleaning without shoes and my feet hurt way too much.

    You should e fine ut you want a good pair of solid shoes.
    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
