I am curious about the frequency of refeeds while dieting for fat-loss. Its very obvious with current research and science that a refeed, or hypercaloric eating period, is a good idea to restimulate your metabolism along with stimulating leptin along with other fat-burning and anabolic hormones.
I am curious what is probably the best frequency of the refeeds? Par Deus has suggested before 36 hours dieting and then 12 hours refeeding. That is a little much if you ask me. I was thinking about making 2 days out of the week refeed days. Those days I would consume around +1000 calories more than maintenance.
