Just finished my wbb1.1 workout which included lunges, but i barely could do them on my last sets...any advice on lunges and should it hurt the sides of my butt, its hard to walk (no homo)?

As long as your muscles hurt and not your joints, you're good to go.
Lunges are one of the more painful exercises out there for most, but they're also a good one. Be sure to use controlled movements with good form.
