    they are if you have a really wide stance, not so good if you have problems comming up on your toes

    just make sure they have a solid hard rubber sole. some of those timberlands have a squeeshy foam like bottom. u want a hard, combat/construction boot type bottom

    Dang may have to pull out some of my old boots, not sure it will help me though. A thumb tack on a low box would probably work better. lol
