    how the helll you managed to do that on your toes I will never know;

    Insane
    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

    Naw... he was just being lazy trying to get box squats and calf raises done at the same time. Seriously though, impressive lift!

    The only other person I've seen squat on the balls of their feet is Justin Harris' training partner in his DVD. I don't know how, or why, but that is A LOT of weight moved!

    Can you, or anyone else explain why you're squatting off the balls of your feet?

    NO ****, on ur toes the whole time... AGAIN! Rob i have told u that u need to start squatting in a pair of combat boots or an OLY lifting type shoe. ur squat will go thru the roof when u can drive thru ur heels man. Im tellin ya man, stop bein stubborn and get some squat shoes with a raised heal.

    Why skimp out on your training gear?

    It astounds me, people will pay hundreds of dollars fpr gear and suppliment but bring up the topic of good foot weae and it becomes 'expensive'

    With the weight you asre moving you would be an idiot to use anything but the Adidas Adistars.

    Probably not good to call him an idiot Fuzzy. I know what you were trying to say, but please refrain from doing that in the future.

    Awesome work, your one big dude.

    Another good shoe is the Suede DoWins from Wersan for $89. Also the Safe shoes u see in PLUSA all the time. might be a good thread topic the OLY guys can help out with.

    i sometimes use a pair a buddy gave me. they are the last model of addidas Oly shoes for the world team. the new model looks pretty kick ass, but yea they are pricey... so free sounds good to me.

    Rob, im tellin ya, at least 50 pounds on ur squat and i would say closer to 75 or more.
