Well, needless to say your numbers are great man. You've got really solid strength, and if you tweaked your form a bit, I think you could put up a decent amount more weight in everything. Stick with it and I think you should be able to hit a Raw Elite total.

On bench, you want to arc more, and you want to stay tighter on the way down. Think about lifting with your lats, too.

On deadlifts, you want to get your hips lower and you want to lift more with your legs and less with your back.

Obviously it won't hurt to drop some fat, but if you dropped most of it, stayed equally strong, and then cut water/glycogen for a meet, you could probably compete at 181.

Thanks alot for the feedback King Justin. I would defitnetely love to compete, and it wouldnt hurt to drop some weight either. Any advice on a good diet plan to get down to 181 would be greatly appreciated.

Looked like you slammed your chest hard on that bench, careful, don't want to end up with cracked ribs..

Maybe bring the feet a bit closer on the deadlift so you can grip further into the center. Either that or go full wide stance and pull sumo. Also, how come you don't use the pins on your cage when benching? Seems a little dangerous.

Edit: Just rewatched and realized some one was holding the camera in the bench video. Duh, they could have helped in case you missed.

I'm not trying to challenge you in any way. But see if you can still bench that much without the bounce off the chest, come down... I saw above that you may try and compete in PL'ing at 181. I don't think that would qualify, I believe you also need to pause.... perhaps someone who knows more about PL'ing can fill you in.

If you want, you can throw a video up of your squat and we can take a look at that too.... I can't wait till I get a video camera so I can throw some of my videos up here, I'm sure my form is atrocious, lol.

good lifts man.. aside from the stance comment. Kinda hard to tell from the angle but it looked like your hips could go lower on the deadlift one.
