    365lb bench press video, missed lockout..

    Almost got a 90lb improvement from my last video.. but missed the lockout by 2-3 inches... (last week I locked it out off of a 2-board easy)...next week its coming =D

    I think had I kept my legs and arch more tight, I would have gotten this. I ****ed up a little on my form.

    225lb @ 17% bodyfat, currently cutting
    Current lifts while cutting (all raw): bench 275x4, squat 365x8
    Estimated current maxes: 300 bench / 450 dead / 450 squat
    Competition / Gym PRs (from March 08)
    Bench: 325 raw / 385 loose shirt
    Deadlift: 450 raw ADFPF 04/26/08
    Squat: 405 raw

    very close, you should get it next time, was that raw or in your shirt?

    It was in a loose Titan Fury.. loose as in I can get it on by myself with enough time and effort.. I think in a competition shirt I could get a lot more..
