Hoping anywhere 215-235 but its not the numbers that matter the mirror will tell.

I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.

After those initial newbie gains, it will become harder to put on muscle. You'll need to focus on your diet (basically eat 3,500 to 5,000 calories a day -- preferably healthy) and train smarter.
