About 2 months ago i started having this pain in my right forarm, the upper area closer to the elbow, and the pain was pretty bad to begin with but I continued to workout but could not do any bicep curls because of the pain. After three weeks of working out with the pain I decided to stop working out and let it heal (thinking time would solve it), it has now been 5 weeks that i havn't lifted any weights, the pain has gotten better, but sudden movements or wierd random positions really hurt (holding a laptop with my right hand) and i still can't do bicep curls. Before the injury I had been working out for 11 months straight. any help would be much appreciated because this pain is getting really annoying.
