The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Fruit

My most memorable experience with any fruit is when i bit into my first Harry and David pear. It was so good!!!

I love all fruit, it is a very steady part of my diet and its great to crave something that does NO harm to your body.

I'm from South Florida and we grow delicious oranges, grapefruit, and tangerines.

My favorite is cutting up melons in summer and just mashing them into your mouth and getting **** everywhere. Messy food just tastes better. It's science.

See "Sloppy Joe" for further reference.

    Banana.

I dunno what it is but something about sliding that long cylindrical shape as far as i can get it down into my throat without letting it touch my teeth just really appeals to me as a person.

    But seriously,

I'm all about the Oranges, Granny smith apples and Bananas (though I do chew them... harshly... as an example of manliness).

I like fruit! I just wish I have the time to get some either in the supermarket or somewhere in the market. We eat dried fruits, but no way is that as enjoyable as eating the juicy ones. I find the squishiness of an orange annoying though, but I still like it.

Honey Crisp apples, once you try one you'll never want another apple again. They're so juicy you almost need a bib.

I'm allergic to apples. When I eat fruit I go for oranges, banana and cantaloupe.

My friend started me on those a few years ago and I've never turned back. I think there are drugs in those apples. I am close to addicted.

I'm mainly about apples and grapes here. Oh, and strawberries.. I could eat a pint of strawberries in one sitting easily. I usually don't eat fruit much though.. usually I'll steal bites here and there when I'm chopping it at work for the fruit salads.

My oldest memory involving fruit was when I was 2-3. My mom would always feed me pears. Apparently I never got full and would go through 3-4 a day at least (nothing has changed!).

I once say a floating box and jumped to hit it. A mushroom poped out and starting running away... I saw no problem eating it.

I absolutely love Figs, large asian kind,THey weight between 3-6oz each.
    Great for carbs post workout.
Also Scupanol Muscadinesm ripe & bronzed are also an absolute favover purple/black muscadines.
I also have 4 orange trees bought froma commercial farmer, they produce way more than I can eat when in season so they serve as a winter income (sold to neighbors) to pay for more protein sources.
I also prefer hard cannin pears as opposed to soft juicy ones.Somehting about the crunch to them makes them more satisfying,

I like tomatoes, plums, white grapes, strawberries and peaches. Mmmmmmm, love dem peaches!

I really should eat more fruits. Veggies I eat by the boatload, though.

And if prunes are dried plums, and raisins are dried grapes, why don't we have plum juice and raisin juice along with prune and grape juices?

When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, looks you crooked in the eye and asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that: "Have ya paid your dues, Jack?" "Yessir, the check is in the mail."
