The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Finally.

Just figured id share that after one year and 2 months, i finally benched 225. It's been a goal of mine for over a year which i finally achieved. I guess these are the type of things that keep us going to the gym.

Makes you feel good and strive for the next benchmark haha.

Well done! That's my current goal too. I remember when I first got to 135 and was thrilled. Getting to two plates is the next obvious step.

Congrats! Hitting a new PR is always awesome and getting to that extra plate per side is about as good as it gets in the gym

Good job, I recently hit that as well. I hope I'm good for at least 240 now but I don't know, last time I maxed I got 230 I think, but then hurt my forearms and took two weeks off and my bench went down, but it's getting back to normal now.

I too recently just got 225 and it feels great. 135 was a great feeling, 185 aint bad either.
