I work what they call a continues crewing schedule which mean every other weekend I need to work 3 straight 12 hour days. 7a-7p. By the time I get off Friday I normally will not go to the gym because it will be around 7:30 and I need to be asleep by 9:30. My question is if I lift hard all the time including the Thursday before is taking Fri,Sat,Sun and returning to hard training on Monday going to hurt my gains?
