What if I have to take a 3 day break every other week

I work what they call a continues crewing schedule which mean every other weekend I need to work 3 straight 12 hour days. 7a-7p. By the time I get off Friday I normally will not go to the gym because it will be around 7:30 and I need to be asleep by 9:30. My question is if I lift hard all the time including the Thursday before is taking Fri,Sat,Sun and returning to hard training on Monday going to hurt my gains?

Nope. Won't hurt you a bit, as long as you're getting all of your workouts in those 4 days.

The break might actually be good for ya. Make sure youre getting the proper nutrition on those "off" days. I know it can be a little tough to eat good while working long days like that.

That's actually how I always work out, Mon, Tues, Thurs, n take off the weekend.

I'm fine by doing it, have gained more fat during this semesters schedule though, not sure if it's due to this.

Bro, you will be all good. I take three days off every week, Sat-Monday Off for work and my lifting has gone fine! I've done this for years! I think it is goos anyways because it gives your body/muscle's/Mind a rest so that you can give it 100% for your workouts!
