Just wondering cuz im gunna start a routine pretty quick here. should deadlifts be in my back exercise day or legs?
what is your routine going to look like? body part wise.

I do them on back day because I've got no other *huge* lift to do that day, rather than because they actually fit better there. I do T-bars on back day, but thats upper back and DL's are lower back, so thats fine. This allows me to go all out on both Deadlifts and Squats.
ya ok. currently i do it with my back and it is true that deads and squats on the same day would be murder. I also find that i can hit my rhomboids with deads so thats good.
