    1st meet

    had my first powerlifting competition today, and i took first with a 240 bench, 385 deadlift, and 315 (didnt get low enough with 330, otherwise i would have gotten it easily), and i was only with four people from my school and we took second overall.
    You cant buy strength, but you sure as hell can work for it

    lol by the way i meant to say it was my first meet of the year, this is actuallly m third comp..
    yea i wanted to squat like 350, deadlift like 420, and bench like 270, if i can get up to 300 by next year this time i will break a record.
