I can't take Nitor anytime past 4pm because it makes me stay up all night. The product is great for fat loss and energy but damn it keeps you up too.

Well I work late and my workout are around 6pm so when I got out of work I took only 2tabs but never again. haha live and learn I guess, its funny I don't get any shakes/nervousness or rapped heart beat with Nitor but can't sleep if I take it past 2pm now. I only take it in the morning and sometime at noon.

It might just be me, but I take 3 around 5:00 A.M and 2 around noon. If i'm at home and bored I can take a nap in the evening. I don't find it keeps me awake but definitly gives me energy for the workout and other activities as long as I stay busy.

It really varies individually relative to your tolerance to stimulants.

Definately. I can take 3 in the morning and 3 about 7osh, train at 8 and fall asleep at 11 just fine but I tend to be fine with stimulants... Everyone has their own tolerance levels...

I wouldn't specifically take it before bed though.... There is no need...
