    Results Usage

    1) Should Results be used post or pre workout?

    2) Should I supplement with Creatine even when on Results, or is the amount I get with Results sufficient? Please answer for both pre and post workout.

    I would only take RESULTS 1 Hour Before you lift. I wouldnt use any other Creatine Supps while on Results.
