So I've been training on wbb1 since january 1st, and I've only worked out "seriously" for about 9 months or so, and I feel like I wanna train more, cuz I love it. Like 3 times a week isn't enough. I was thinking about using the same exersices as in WBB1 but rather do 3 sets instead of 2 which I'm currently doing, and do it like this (explained easy):
monday: chest, back
tuesday: squat day
wednesday: biceps, triceps, delts
thursday: squat day
friday: chest, back
Does this give me enough rest, or do I need to reconcider? The wbb primer says I'm never overtraining, but I wanted to be sure based on other statements previously posts here :P
In addition I wanted to ask; Is it better to just switch to a 5-day routine, and if so, which routine do u recommend? + Is it worth it? (in other words: Will I be stronger/bigger training 5 days a week instead of 3 days a week? Given that I eat enough/correctly)
Why not do a 4 day split, and have a rest day on Wednesday
Wbb1.1 calls for 4 training days per week. What is "like 3" supposed to mean?
Go for Wbb1.1 its better than wbb1 anyway, IMO.
Do whatever you need to do to make gains. If you plateau, change it up again. Just eat enough to sustain any changes.
How's that for generic, non-helpful advice?
